School Soccer Participant Parker Sutherland Lifeless at 18

Parker Sutherland — a school soccer standout on the College of Northern Iowa — has died … the varsity introduced Saturday.

The school freshman handed away Saturday morning — simply 10 days earlier than his birthday — the varsity introduced … declining to supply a reason behind loss of life out of respect for the household.

UNI head coach Todd Stepsis mentioned his coronary heart goes out to the Sutherlands … including the younger man “embodied all the things we search for in a UNI Soccer Panther.” He highlighted Parker’s character, humility, toughness, and love of others.

Coach Stepsis completed his assertion with, “Whereas I am saddened that our time collectively was brief, we’ll have a good time the intense gentle that he dropped at our soccer group for the remainder of our lives.”

Value noting … the Des Moines Register studies first responders have been referred to as to a UNI athletics facility concerning an “unconscious/fainting (non-trauma)” report. It is unclear if that is related to Sutherland’s passing.
